CleanAxis operates to a documented cleaning standard across all services, including end of tenancy, deep cleaning, commercial cleaning and after-builders cleans. Every job is completed using a structured checklist and signed off by the team leader before leaving site.

Our aim is simple: when we leave, the property should be ready for inspection, occupation, or handover.

Fully Trained & Verified Staff

All operatives:

  • Are reference checked
  • Receive task-specific training
  • Are uniformed and supervised
  • Follow health & safety procedures
  • Are DBS-checked where required (schools, care sites, offices)

A supervisor reviews performance regularly to maintain consistency.

Equipment & Products

We only use professional-grade equipment and commercial cleaning chemicals appropriate for the surface being cleaned. This includes:

  • HEPA filtration vacuums
  • Steam sanitation equipment where required
  • Carpet extraction machines (if booked)
  • Degreasers, disinfectants and descalers suitable for property inspections

We never use damaging or inappropriate products on delicate surfaces.

Arrival & Reliability Guarantee

We provide:

  • Confirmed booking time windows
  • Reminder notifications
  • Live job scheduling

If we are delayed, you will be informed in advance. Missed appointments without notice do not occur; reliability is a core part of our service.

Re-Clean Guarantee

If a genuine cleaning issue is identified after service, we will return and rectify it free of charge.

Conditions:

  • Report within 48 hours (domestic) / 24 hours (commercial handover cleans)
  • Provide photos or a checklist from the agent/facilities manager
  • The property must not have been re-occupied or altered

We prioritise re-cleans and aim to attend within 24-48 hours.

Deposit & Inspection Support

For end of tenancy services, we clean to a lettable standard aligned with landlord and letting agent expectations.

If an agent identifies a clean-related issue during inspection, we will liaise directly and return to correct the specific areas covered in our service.

Damage & Insurance Protection

CleanAxis is fully insured.

In the unlikely event of accidental damage:

  • It will be reported immediately
  • Logged internally
  • Assessed
  • Repaired or compensated via insurance where appropriate

We do not hide issues; we resolve them.

Commercial Service Assurance

For offices, sites and managed properties we provide:

  • Method statements (on request)
  • Risk assessments
  • COSHH compliance
  • Regular service monitoring
  • Account contact for communication

This ensures facilities managers have documentation and accountability.
